Is there a minimum order?

You can order one custom DTF transfer, one ready-to-press transfer or one gang sheet. Vinyl stickers also have no minimum order. Custom leatherette patches require 10 patches per design. Check the product’s ordering options for its quantities and pricing.

What is a DTF transfer?

DTF stands for direct to film. We print a design on transfer film; you apply it to a compatible garment using heat and pressure. Fabric DTF transfers provide full-color designs without cutting or weeding vinyl. Use S2’s instructions for your fabric and pressing equipment.

What is a DTF gang sheet builder?

A DTF gang sheet builder is an online tool for arranging multiple designs on one sheet of transfer film. At S2 Transfers, you build the layout and order the physical printed sheet to apply to compatible fabric with heat and pressure.

Which pressing instructions should I follow?

Choose the S2 guide for your equipment: a heat press, a Cricut EasyPress or Autopress, or a household iron. Time, temperature and pressure methods differ. Follow the matching guide and test your garment before making a batch. Do not use these fabric-transfer settings for UV DTF stickers.

How do I apply a fabric DTF transfer?

Use a heat press on a compatible fabric blank and follow the current S2T DTF pressing instructions for temperature, time, pressure and peeling. Check the instructions before each project and test unfamiliar fabrics.

How many washes do S2 DTF transfers last?

S2 DTF transfers are designed to last 75 washes when applied correctly and cared for according to S2’s instructions. Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the print.

How should I prepare my artwork?

Use a clear, high-resolution design at its intended print size. File requirements differ between the DTF builder, completed-sheet uploader, UV builder, vinyl builder and leatherette patches. Follow the instructions in the specific product or builder you are ordering from; premade designs do not require an upload.

How long do printing and shipping take?

We print in one business day. Orders placed before noon Eastern Tuesday through Friday qualify for same-day printing. Shipping time depends on the service you select, averaging about one business day within Florida and 3–5 business days overall. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Printing turnaround and carrier transit are separate.
