A little preparation goes a long way
Clear artwork. Correct sizes. Better results.
Check the details before adding your sheet to the cart. A good layout starts with files that are ready for the size you want to print.
Start with a clear file.
A transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the final print size is preferred. Enlarging a small image won’t add detail. Do not mirror your artwork.
Give designs room.
Leave space to cut between designs and keep artwork inside the sheet boundary. Check the artboard and image margins in Auto Build.
Review the whole sheet.
Check spelling, individual dimensions, backgrounds and any quality warnings. Make sure every design looks how you want it printed.

For anyone that reads this, the real answer is you need to make sure you're getting consistent even pressure across all of the koozies if you're doing multiple koozies at a time. If your heat press is giving you issues with consistent pressure across all of the koozies, we recommend using a heat press pillow.

What is a DTF gang sheet builder?
A DTF gang sheet builder is an online tool for arranging multiple designs on one sheet of transfer film. At S2 Transfers, you build the layout and order the physical printed sheet to apply to compatible fabric with heat and pressure.
Can I mix different designs and sizes?
Yes. Combine different logos, graphics and artwork sizes on the same sheet. Check each design’s dimensions and leave enough space to cut the transfers apart.
What sheet sizes can I order?
Our sheets are 22 inches wide, with lengths of 24, 48, 60, 96 and 120 inches (2, 4, 5, 8 and 10 feet). Current prices appear with the size options above.
How do gang sheets lower my cost per transfer?
You pay for the sheet, so fitting more usable designs into its available area lowers the average cost per design. Larger sheet sizes also have a lower price per inch than our 2-foot option. Choose a size you can fill efficiently; savings depend on the layout.
Does quantity mean sheets or individual designs?
The quantity on this page is the number of copies of your sheet. Set the number and size of individual designs inside the builder. Review both your layout and sheet quantity before checkout.
Can I automatically arrange my artwork?
Yes. The builder includes Auto Build. Upload your artwork, check the size and quantity of each design, and review the resulting arrangement before adding it to your cart.
What artwork should I upload?
A transparent PNG prepared at 300 DPI at its final print size is recommended. The uploader lists other supported formats. Review the preview carefully, especially fonts and backgrounds, and contact us if you’re unsure.
Can I order just one gang sheet?
Yes. Start with one sheet in an available size. Your order is for printed transfers; shirts, other blank garments and pressing equipment are not included.
How do I save or reorder a sheet?
Use the builder’s sign-in and saved-design options when available. Keep your order information, and contact the S2T team if you need help finding an earlier layout. Saving a design does not complete checkout.
How do I apply the transfers?
Separate the designs as needed and follow our DTF pressing instructions for your equipment. Use a compatible blank and test unfamiliar fabrics before making a batch.
When will my gang sheets ship?
See our shipping policy for current processing estimates and shipping options. Production and carrier transit are separate. Free shipping on orders over $75 applies to the contiguous 48 US states.
