1. Shipping Cost:
- Standard Flat Rate: For all DTF Transfers and Gang Sheets, shipping is priced at a flat rate of $8.99.
- Free Shipping: Orders exceeding $75 automatically qualify for free shipping. (Applicable only to the contiguous US 48 states.)
- Other Products: The shipping cost for items not listed will be calculated at the time of checkout.
- Express Shipping: We offer UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® as available express shipping options.
2. Processing Time:
- General Orders: We strive to process and ship orders either the same or next business day. Occasionally, this may extend to 2-3 business days.
- Expedited & Jump The Line Orders: Such orders are always given precedence.
- Order Cutoff: For same-day shipping, orders should be placed by 12PM EST. Subsequent orders are scheduled for the next business day.
- Operational Days: Please be aware that we process orders from Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
3. Shipping Time:
- Standard Shipping: Typically, 5-7 business days.
- UPS Options: UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® are available, but their durations vary.
- Estimates & Delays: The shipping times provided are estimates. We request your understanding for any unforeseen delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues, weather, holidays, or errors in address details. While we remain committed to timely deliveries, S2Transfers.com isn’t accountable for shipping setbacks or misplaced packages.
4. Tracking Numbers:
- Receipt: Once your items are dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- Activation Period: It might take 1-3 business days for the carrier to activate or update the tracking status.
- Missing Tracking? If you haven’t received your tracking details within three business days, kindly reach out to us with your name, email address, and order reference.
Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Policy
S2 Transfers is offering a Guaranteed Christmas Delivery program for qualifying orders. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to the following terms:

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Guaranteed Christmas Delivery program, customers must select UPS Ground as their shipping method at checkout.

Orders must be placed and paid in full by 1:00 PM EST on December 20th.

Orders placed after this deadline, or orders using any other shipping method, are not eligible for the guarantee.

Scope of the Guarantee

The guarantee covers delivery by December 25th only.

If UPS Ground fails to deliver the package by December 25th, S2 Transfers will issue a refund for the value of the products in that order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Limitations & Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

UPS service interruptions due to weather, natural disasters, or other events outside UPS’s control

Customer refusal of delivery or inability to receive the package

The guarantee does not apply to orders where UPS marks the package as delivered, regardless of where it was placed (porch, mailbox, reception office, etc.).

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered are not eligible for reimbursement under this guarantee.

Refund Process

Refund requests will only be considered after December 25th.

Customers must submit a request through our support team and include their order number.

S2 Transfers will verify UPS tracking information before issuing any refund.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Program Duration

This guarantee applies only to the 2025 holiday season unless otherwise updated in writing by S2 Transfers.
