By accessing or using the website at S2Transfers.com (“the Site”), owned and operated by S2Transfers.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.
2. Description of Service
S2Transfers.com offers DTF Printing services. Users can browse our range of services, make inquiries, and avail themselves of the services provided.
3. Restrictions on Use
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or repurposed without our express written permission.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the Site in a manner that:
- Violates any laws.
- Is defamatory, abusive, or harassing.
- Attempts to hack, disrupt, or introduce malicious software to the Site.
5. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from S2 Transfers, you agree to the following:
- Consent: You affirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive recurring SMS messages from us.
- Purpose: Messages may include order updates, promotions, new product releases, and alerts.
- Message Frequency: The frequency of messages will vary based on your interaction with us but may be up to 5 messages per week.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: For assistance, reply “HELP” to any message or contact us at (352) 675-3482.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Information Use: We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, S2Transfers.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from the use or inability to use the Site or our services.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Policy
S2 Transfers is offering a Guaranteed Christmas Delivery program for qualifying orders. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to the following terms:

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Guaranteed Christmas Delivery program, customers must select UPS Ground as their shipping method at checkout.

Orders must be placed and paid in full by 1:00 PM EST on December 20th.

Orders placed after this deadline, or orders using any other shipping method, are not eligible for the guarantee.

Scope of the Guarantee

The guarantee covers delivery by December 25th only.

If UPS Ground fails to deliver the package by December 25th, S2 Transfers will issue a refund for the value of the products in that order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Limitations & Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

UPS service interruptions due to weather, natural disasters, or other events outside UPS’s control

Customer refusal of delivery or inability to receive the package

The guarantee does not apply to orders where UPS marks the package as delivered, regardless of where it was placed (porch, mailbox, reception office, etc.).

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered are not eligible for reimbursement under this guarantee.

Refund Process

Refund requests will only be considered after December 25th.

Customers must submit a request through our support team and include their order number.

S2 Transfers will verify UPS tracking information before issuing any refund.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Program Duration
-
This guarantee applies only to the 2025 holiday season unless otherwise updated in writing by S2 Transfers.
