Measure first. Make it yours.

“16 oz” describes a cup's capacity, not its exact shape. Check the usable height and circumference, including any taper, before applying a wrap.

Glass, metal, acrylic and rigid plastic can be suitable. Coatings, texture and curved surfaces affect adhesion; test an unfamiliar finish before making a batch.

    Prepare

    For best results, clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely before applying your transfer. Keep the application area free of dust and oils.

    Peel & position

    Rub over the transfer, then carefully remove the backing. Align your design before letting the adhesive touch the blank.

    Rub firmly

    Work across the design, pressing every detail onto the surface. Apply gradually around the cup to help avoid trapped air.

    Reveal

    Peel the clear carrier away slowly. If a detail lifts, lay the carrier back down and rub that area again.

Handwash gently. Avoid soaking and abrasive cleaners. Follow the instructions supplied with your transfer and blank, including any waiting period before use or washing. Do not assume dishwasher or microwave compatibility.

What do I receive when I order a UV cup wrap?

You receive a physical printed UV DTF wrap in the design shown on its product page. Cups and other blanks are not included. Check the listed transfer dimensions against your actual cup before ordering.

Will a 16 oz cup wrap fit any 16 oz cup?

Not necessarily. Cups with the same capacity can have different shapes and dimensions. Measure the usable height and circumference of your cup and compare them with the product’s artwork dimensions. Allow for taper, curves and any gap you want between the ends of the design.

What is the difference between a UV sticker sheet and a cup wrap?

A sticker sheet groups several individual designs that can be separated and positioned on compatible blanks. A cup wrap is arranged as a larger design for a suitable cup. Compare the exact design dimensions with your blank; cup capacity alone does not confirm a fit.

What surfaces can I use UV DTF stickers on?

Use compatible smooth, hard surfaces, such as suitable glass, metal or rigid plastic. Texture, coatings, curves and flexibility can affect adhesion. Check your blank and test an unfamiliar surface before making a batch.

How do I apply a UV DTF sticker?

For best results, clean your compatible surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Check that the blank tolerates alcohol. Rub the design through the carrier film, then slowly peel away the backing so the design stays on the clear carrier. Position it carefully, press and rub down every part of the design, then slowly peel away the carrier. If a detail lifts, stop and rub it down again. Follow any product-specific instructions supplied with your order.

How should I care for a blank decorated with a UV DTF transfer?

Follow the care instructions supplied with the transfer and the blank. Hand washing is a cautious choice. Do not assume that a decorated item is dishwasher-safe or microwave-safe unless its specific instructions confirm that use.

How long do printing and shipping take?

We print in one business day. Orders placed before noon Eastern Tuesday through Friday qualify for same-day printing. Shipping time depends on the service you select, averaging about one business day within Florida and 3–5 business days overall. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Printing turnaround and carrier transit are separate.

Do UV DTF stickers need heat or a printer?

No. S2 Transfers supplies printed UV DTF stickers ready to apply. You do not need a printer, vinyl cutter or heat press to use them. Apply them by hand to a clean, dry, compatible surface and follow the instructions supplied with your order.

Can I order UV DTF transfers with my own artwork?

Yes. S2 offers custom UV DTF transfers by size and a UV gang sheet builder. Check the relevant product’s file and artwork requirements, and set each design to the size you need for your item.
