- Print Quality & Adherence: We commit to reprinting any order that suffers from a print quality or adherence issue. However, issues arising from substandard file quality provided by the customer will not be grounds for a reprint or refund.
- Management Approval: Refunds or reprints for reasons beyond print quality or adherence will necessitate management’s review and approval.
- Design Requirements: For orders that involve DTF Transfers or Gang Sheets, it is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to design requirements as provided. Non-compliance may affect eligibility for refunds or reprints.
